PUBLIC NUISANCE. is an independent art zine published by Tom Wilkins in Cardiff, Wales. It brings different creative voices together and gives their work space to be seen, read and appreciated.

Photography, painting, drawing, illustration, poetry, creative writing, collage and digital art: there is room for all of it. The publication is about the ideas and perspectives behind the work, not fitting a single aesthetic.

Art doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to exist.
