Returns and refunds

I want you to be happy with your order.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible with details of the problem and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging.

If you wish to cancel or return an order for another reason, please contact me as soon as possible. Returns, cancellations and refunds will be handled in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers may be responsible for the cost of returning it.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
