A STORY.
CARDIFF SEEN brings together photographs made while walking the streets of Cardiff: chance encounters, striking characters and people who stopped to share a moment with the camera.
Some conversations lasted minutes. Others became friendships. The first issue moves between candid street portraits, the monthly Cardiff photowalks and LOOK AGAIN, a series sharing portraits and stories of people experiencing homelessness in the city.
